Access to sport an its benefits

In the world, sports help to improve physical and mental health. through sports you learn important life lessons about respect, leaderdhip and cooperation. If also promotes equality for everyone and helps to overcome barriers between people.
Having Access to sport is very necessary for life as it helps prevents many diseases like heart disease and all types of cardiovasculars disease, in addiction to preventing over weight.
Access to gymsand sports equipment everywhere  without marginalizing places with fewer resourses so they should have free gyms.
The state shuld give them free sport equipment, because if the state invests in long term, they will have to spend less money on health, because peolpe are going to be more healthy.
In the present it appears to be enough evidence to prove that those who lead a physical active life can get a long list of health benefits:

- Prevents and/or delays the develops of hypertension, and reduced blood pressure values in hypertensive patients
- Improved profile of blood lipids
-Improved glucose regulation and reduces the risk of non-insulin depentent diabetes.
-Improves digestiĆ³n and bowel regularity
- Helps to mantain and improve muscle strength and endurance, increase functional capacity to perform physical activities of daily life
-And help to improve sleep quality
Sport allows peopleas individual entities have the vitally, vigor, strength, energy to fulfill their duty in the social sphere in wlacich they operate.
In competitions there is a process of teaching and learning in teams, the need of assistence, compliance with the rules and respect. On the other hand; the suvordination of the individual awwards wins and the good name and team win. Anyone who plays a sport in an organized way is an optimistic, persistrnt in the struggle for achiving their goals, showing mutual respect, honestly and sense of responsability
Is very important to have Access to a gym, because the gym offers a wide range of possibilities, as most have a lot of different activities. Because, in one place you can achieve different objetives. Examples :increase muscle mass, toning muscle group, social realtionship, improved coordination through guided activities, etc...
In summary to have a healthy life you must have Access to gyms and physical activity, so we need to do campaigns to promoted healthy living and Access to sport, the sport also give long-term benefits, because the sport prevent heart diseases and overweight
