Some of the school for rich people were Grammar Schools and Public School, in both cases families had to pay fees.
Some other schools were "Dame" Schools, run by a woman, that helped poor children for free. The Sunday School ware run by the church, to teach children about the Christian faith. Other was the Ragged school, for poor people, older children helped to teach younger ones.
Some of the lessons at the schools were Reading, Writing and Arithmetics.
During Victorian times, several changes were introduced to education. Some of the most important were:
- In 1833 factory owners were supposed to provide at least two hours of education every day for children working at the factories.
- In 1870 a reform was made in order to have a school in every town.
- In 1880 was mandatory by parliament law school for children between 5 to 10 yaers old.
- In 1891 schools become free.

Today the school is for all and obligatory to 8th grade they are plublic school that are free and private school that you need to pay, now they not punished hiting, now the lessons are math, lenguage, social,science,english,art,tic,sports,music,philosophy.Also today there are many extra programatic activities to develop another specific habilities in the student.
